Tell Me if this sounds familiar......The Military PT Test has now become harder...You now have to exceed certain components to pass...
You can run a mile and a half or maybe two in no problem. You can do more than the amount given of push ups and sit ups. But your waist that kills you.
There are many ways to just target your waist problem short of surgery. If you know how much time you have to take your test versus how many inches you need to lose then you really can pass this component...but how?
First and foremost excercise is the best way to deal with this. But sometimes life gets in the way ...so you need a little help....
